Shipping Policy

We prepare and ship Mahjongcurio orders as quickly as possible. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and do not include weekends or carrier holidays.
United States
- Processing: 2-5 business days
- Estimated transit: 7-10 business days after processing
- Standard shipping: $9.99
- Expedited shipping: $19.99 when available
- Free standard shipping: eligible orders of $300 or more
International orders
International availability, shipping methods, prices, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Processing takes 2-5 business days and typical transit is 6-12 business days after processing. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees, when required, are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Tracking and delays
When tracking is available, we will email it after shipment. Carrier scans can take up to 48 hours to appear. Holidays, severe weather, customs, high-volume promotions, and carrier disruptions may extend delivery estimates.
Address changes
Please review your address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if it needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins, and additional shipping charges may apply to packages returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address.
Missing, damaged, or split shipments
Some orders may arrive in more than one package at no additional shipping charge. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery area and contact the carrier, then contact us so we can help review the shipment. Report damage or an incorrect item promptly with your order number and clear photos.
