Shipping Policy

Effective date: September 20, 2026

We prepare and ship Poprevive orders as quickly as possible. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and do not include weekends or carrier holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery times

For orders shipped within the United States, the following rates apply:

Processing: 2–5 business days
Standard shipping: $9.99; estimated transit is 7–10 business days after processing
Priority shipping: $19.99 when available; estimated transit is 5–10 business days after processing
Free standard shipping: eligible orders of $300 or more

Available methods, final charges, and delivery estimates are confirmed at checkout for the destination entered.

International duties and taxes

For orders shipped within the United States, no import duties apply. Product prices include applicable taxes where required, and checkout shows the final order total before you place your order.

For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, customs fees, and taxes charged by local authorities are not included unless expressly shown at checkout. The customer is responsible for these charges. Customs review may extend the delivery estimate.

Tracking and delays

When tracking is available, we will email it after shipment. Carrier scans can take up to 48 hours to appear. Holidays, severe weather, customs, high-volume promotions, and carrier disruptions may extend delivery estimates.

Address changes

Please review your address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if it needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins, and additional shipping charges may apply to packages returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address.
