These Terms govern your use of poprevive.com and purchases from Mahjongcurio. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

We work to present accurate descriptions, dimensions, colors, availability, and images. Screen settings, lighting, and handmade or printed production may cause reasonable variation. Product details on the applicable product page control if other site content differs.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change before purchase. Taxes, shipping, discounts, and the final total are shown at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when we begin fulfillment or ship the order. We may cancel or limit an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, resale activity, or legal restrictions. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Payment, shipping, and returns

Promotions

Promotions may have separate eligibility, timing, product, and stacking limits. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be applied after an order is submitted and have no cash value.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
