Refunds & Returns

We accept eligible return requests made within 30 days after delivery.

Return eligibility

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and included parts.
• Proof of purchase and prior return authorization are required.
• Items marked final sale, personalized items, gift cards, and products damaged through misuse are not eligible unless defective or incorrect.

Start a return

Contact Mahjongcurio customer support within 30 days after delivery and include your order number and reason for return. For damage, defects, missing parts, or an incorrect item, include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Do not send a return until we provide instructions and authorization.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If we sent an incorrect item or confirm that an item arrived damaged or defective, Mahjongcurio will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or covered return method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error.

Refund timing

We inspect authorized returns after they arrive. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days after issuance for your bank or payment provider to post the credit.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel or change an order only before fulfillment or shipment begins. If the order has already shipped, follow the return process after delivery.

Delivery concerns

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, first check the delivery location and contact the carrier. Then contact us promptly so we can review available tracking and help determine next steps. Claims are assessed using the carrier record and order details.
